This website, www.thejollybub.store, is operated by Jolly Bub, based in Lisbon, Portugal. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Jolly Bub. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Online store terms

By using this site you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

2. Products and descriptions

We make every effort to display our products, colours and sizes as accurately as possible. Small variations may occur due to screen settings and manufacturing. Size information is a guide; please check our Size Guide before ordering. Our costumes are not designed as sleepwear and babies should always be supervised while wearing them.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is free. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken at checkout through secure payment providers.

4. Bundles, gifts and optional extras

Bundle discounts and free surprise gifts apply as shown on the product page at the time of purchase. Free gifts are a surprise and their content may vary; they have no cash value. Optional extras such as Priority Handling, Shipping Protection, the Fleece Care Guide (digital) and the 30 Days Warranty are described on the product page and are charged only if you select them. Optional warranties are in addition to, and do not limit, your statutory rights under the legal guarantee of conformity.

5. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability. If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and videos, belongs to Jolly Bub or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Jolly Bub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.

9. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
